We’ve compiled some of our customers’ most frequently asked questions into one easy-to-access place.

Check them out below - maybe you’ll have the same question that was on somebody else’s mind.

That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers.

what is your return policy?


Most stringed instruments will have a *48-hour Approval Period that begins after you receive your shipment.  This way you will be able to experience the instrument in the comforts of your own home to ensure that it is a good fit.  

We will only allow an instrument to be returned to our store with a return authorization number, this is not an open-ended policy and will be handled on a per case basis.  We will refuse any unauthorized returns or unknown shipments to our store.

There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returns that are paid with credit cards.  This fee is not a profit to the store, but covers any fees that we may incur to process your order.  In the event that an item is returned, the customer is also responsible for all shipping charges.  If you are to pay with PayPal, check, or money order you will only be held responsible for shipment cost.  If the item is purchased in-house, a 48-Hour Approval period is not applicable. 

All items that are returned must be shipped to us the same way and in the same condition it was shipped out to you.  You must use the same packing materials, exact same shipping service, and purchase approximate insurance.  We will not be held responsible for items that are damaged in return shipping.

Amplifiers, effects pedals, sealed/limited edition and “open box” items are not applicable for an approval period for refund.  In the event that you are unhappy with a purchase of this variety, an exchange may be applicable.  Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.  Please contact us with any questions regarding this prior to completing your purchase.

In the extremely rare event that you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, please do not refuse the package, but contact us immediately after your delivery and we will begin the claim process.  You will not be responsible for the item's damage, but there is protocol for these instances and following our direction will expedite this process.

which payment methods do you accept?

We happily accept all major credit cards, PayPal, bank wire, money orders, cashier's checks, or personal checks for payment.


If payment is made with any type of check or money order, there could be a delay in shipment until they clear our bank (this process may take up to 10 business days).


Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our payment methods.  Sales within the state of Tennessee will be subject to sales tax.

How will you ship my order?


We typically ship larger items – guitars, amplifiers, cases, and multiple pedal orders - via UPS or FEDEX Ground.  We also use USPS when appropriate for smaller packages like pedals and accessories.  All items are insured for your full cost and are professionally packed to prevent damage during shipping.  All orders over $100  ship for FREE within the continental USA. Guitars and Amplifiers are always shipped with signature required. Orders to Hawaii or Alaska will incur an additional shipping charge. Overnight, 2-Day, and Express shipping is available for an additional fee.


International shipping is available on most but not all products. Please contact us prior to placing an order for a shipping quote on international orders.  Customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
